Service Description
Getting it RIGHT for your wedding day... Booking a makeup trial falls in the 'Top 5 Important Things to do' list, and in the madness of planning everything else, this is the one thing brides typically tend to overlook. So the earlier you can book the better. Trials are done in my home studio although travel to you can be arranged depending of time of year. A trial is recommended 2 to 6 months before the wedding day. Brides find the best way to communicate their desired look is to browse my gallery or gather inspo pictures. The trial usually takes between 1 ½ to 2 ½ hours depending on requirements. The trial must be done in daylight, so that you can see how it will look to your guests, in photographs and last throughout the day. Everything discussed and the products chosen during the trial are documented. The trial is a great opportunity for us to become acquainted and for you to ask questions. Together we’ll create a look that feels comfortable and reflects your own personal style. The main aim is that you are entirely happy with your finished look.
Cancellation Policy
CLIENT CANCELLATION (Non-Bridal bookings): If you can no longer keep your appointment, please contact me at least 5 days in advance to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations at least one day before the booking, but within 5 days will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 day (24 hours) of a booking will attract a 100% cancellation fee. CLIENT CANCELLATION (Bridal bookings): Wedding bookings require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice prior for cancellation or adjustment of numbers, if you choose to cancel or reduce booked numbers within this time you will still be required to pay for all cancelled services (you are most welcome to find other family/guests etc to take the vacancies). If your Wedding is postponed, I will hold your non-refundable Deposit and transfer it to your new date. If your new date is unavailable, you will be refunded your Booking Fee/Deposit. *No notice of cancellation; 100% Cancellation Fee applies.
